Formation of contract: 1.1 A submission by you the customer via email to us a allaboutyurts, constitutes an offer by you to reserve the Yurt for the period specified. 1.2 The booking will be binding after a confirmation email has been sent to you from Allaboutyurts. 1.3 Allaboutyurts do not provide event tickets, these must be purchased by the customer before the Reservation is made. 1.4 Allaboutyurts require onsite access to events at all times. 1.5 The site should be level and well drained and vehicle access. Payment Terms and Conditions: 1.6 Total payment details and payment methods will be stated on the Confirmation of Reservation email. By paying full payment for the Yurt/s you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. 1.7 50% of the total payment must be paid on receipt of the Confirmation of Reservation email. 1.8 The remaining balance of 50% must be received no later than 30 days before the agreed rental date. Should this payment not be received by this time the initial 50% payment will be forfeit. An initial full 100% payment will be welcomed by us at the time of Confirmation of Reservation. 1.9 Additional to the final 50% balance payment a £100 damage deposit will be added, but is refundable in cash at the handover of the Yurt on completion of the rental period, (less any agreed deduction for damage at this time). Reservation process: 1.10 Upon submission of a reservation, if unavailable at this time, you will be invited to join our waiting list and possibly contacted at a later date. Cancellation: 1.11 If you cancel your booking after payment is made, we make no assurance that a refund will be made. However, if we manage to re-book your reservation to another party, we will make a full refund minus a 10%administration charge. The refund will be made by cheque at our discretion. 1.12 In the event of a festival being cancelled, a full refund mius 10% will be sent to you in the form of a cheque. 1.13 In severe weather conditions the supplier reserves the right to cancel. Accommodation: 14. You will have access to your Yurt from and to the time and dates specified by us, and access to your Yurt outside this period will be refused. 15. If you fail to vacate your Yurt or fail to leave your Yurt in an acceptable condition by the time specified by us, you will then forfeit your deposit. 16. Any specific needs you may require regarding your Yurt should be specified before submitting your reservation and booking. 17. Rules and Regulations regarding the usage of your Yurt will be available to you inside the Yurt. Failing to adhere to these could result in the forfeit of your damage deposit (e.g. over-occupancy, use of fires/fireworks, no smoking or knacked flames.) Information and Data protection: 19. On submission of your reservation request, any missing or inaccurate information (e.g.tel. number) may result in your reservation not being accepted. 20. You must accurately specify the number of guests inside your Yurt. You should not exceed this amount at your time at the event or this could result in the forfeit of your damage deposit. The amount of guests specified in your Yurt will be agreed on by all parties at the time of reservation booking. 21. Allaboutyurts will not pass any of your information to any third parties unless demanded by British law. |
